Troy Giles has been at the forefront of innovative development that has made South Padre Island a favorite destination for both vacationers and those who enjoy resort living year-round. He has played a vital role in the early growth of South Padre Island including the original Town Charter (established in 1974), the Laguna Madre Area Chamber of Commerce, the South Padre Island Volunteer Fire Department Emergency Medical Service and the original Tourist Development Corporation. He has served as a member of the Town Board of Aldermen (1993-95) and helped establish the current Beach Management Program, the creation of a Single Family Town Home Subdivision, and the Economic Development Corporation. He also has been instrumental in such projects as the Miss USA Pageant (broadcast live, worldwide from the South Padre Island Convention Center from 1993 to 1995), televised Miss Texas USA Pageants and the first Offshore Powerboat Races also held on South Padre Island. His continuing commitment to the local community is exhibited in his volunteer service to the Board of Directors of Chapel By The Sea and the Beautification & Parks Committee.
As a Realtor, Troy Giles has participated as a Director and Committee Member in the local Board of Realtors. Through his past ownership and management of Troy Giles Realty, Island Services and SandDollar Realty & Management companies, he has firsthand experience in daily sales and management of individual properties, land acquisition, condominium sales, rental and owner association management. Projects in which Troy Giles has played a pivotal role include Padre South Condominium Hotel, Beach House, Beach View, Puesta del Sol,
Saida Towers, Suntide Properties, Padre Grand and Bridgepoint Condominiums. He is also codeveloper of the exclusive, innovative Boardwalk Condominium Yacht Club, a private residential marina development.

Patrick McNulty
Patrick McNulty grew up in Highland Park (Dallas), Texas and graduated from Ole Miss (University of Mississippi) with a BBA and a minor in Real Estate. He has been involved in real estate on South Padre Island for 8 years and began working as a sales agent for The Villas of South Padre while still in college. After graduation Patrick was promoted to Project Manager of Development and later became Vice President of the holding company with responsibilities including management and oversight of contractors building the perimeter wall, gate house, amenity center, and beach access; representing The Villas at various meetings with Town officials, engineers, and architects; oversight of all joint ventures at the “The” Villas; contract negotiations; closings; and transfer of the HOA. Once the Villas of South Padre project was completed, he started his own development and construction company on South Padre Island, Willis Development,L.L.C., which is a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Patrick also has experience in hotel/commercial valuations and sales and is a former member of the Planning and Zoning Committee for the Town of South Padre Island. Patrick’s education combined with his “on the job” training, and his great pride in the product he builds, will make him a wonderful asset to the Team at Troy Giles Realty and Management.

Herb Moss
Herb Moss was raised in Harlingen, Texas and set foot on South Padre Island for the first time in 1946. He moved to South Padre Island in 1971 from New Orleans. Herb worked for the original developer of SPI, until opening his own office in 1973. Herb also built the Las Brisas Condominiums in 1974. Later he operated three clothing stores and in the mid 80's moved to Arlington, TX. Herb returned to SPI in 1999 and after two years of freelancing he joined the Troy Giles Realty & Management team.

Arnie Creinin is Originally from Chicago, Illinois Arnie spent 25 years in the hospitality business working as a Chef, Executive Chef, and Corporate Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, and General Manager with Hilton, Hyatt, and the Kahler Corporation. While working in Rochester Minnesota as a Corporate Chef connected with the Mayo Clinic, Arnie had the great pleasure to provide meals for many US Presidents, Governors, Senators, and Corporation Executives as well as Kings, Queens, Princesses, and Sheiks. Arnie also opened several well known restaurant in Hotels throughout the country. Currently Arnie is President/CEO of Coastal Lifestyles, Inc., South Padre Island's Premier Luxury Rental Company.
